Google Is Getting Primed For A Cloud Music Service

Recently there has been quite a stir over a possible music service from Google. While details have been slim, there has been quite a bit of speculation.

Amongst all this hubbub, Google has gone and registered the following domain names: GoogleBass.com, GoogleAlto.com, GoogleSoprano and GoogleTenor.com along with GoogleNebula.com, GoogleThunder.com and GoogleLightning.com.

Now if those don’t seem like something they’d use (or rather not have someone else use) for a streaming music service, then I don’t know what else would be.

This could be huge in regards to the music industry and a large hit to both Apple iTunes and Amazon as far as digital music is concerned. If anyone can move in on their market share, surely it’s Google.
